Tenant Eviction Prevention Program

AIK Property Group, LLC in partnership with Enterprise Community Partners and Schenectady Community Action Program was able to assist 19 families remain in their homes and avoid eviction. Many of these families were facing eviction due to the impact of the pandemic. The Tenant Eviction Prevention Program was successful and met our goal of distributing $42,000 in grant funding toward this endeavor.
